How do I get my security deposit back after I move out?

A week before you move in, you will need to set up your utilities with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) for electricity. Please note that City Park Apartments will pay for your Internet, and you will NOT need to personally contact them to start your service. The number for LADWP is (800) 342- 5397. All other utilities will be prepared for you by City Park Apartments by the time you move in.
