Looking for a male roommate for 2024-2025 school year

We are looking for a male to take over the smaller bedroom in our 2B2B unit. You will have a private room with private bath. There are two male students in the larger bedroom. The rent is negotiable.

This room can be fully furnished—including a desk, bed, and dresser—as a one time fee for $150, although this is entirely negotiable. Because Gabriel would have to move out, this new tenant addition would need to be signed quickly. Thank you!
