Only ten minutes away from Downtown LA, Little Tokyo, Chinatown and Koreatown, City Park is located conveniently close to all of the best sites and restaurants that Los Angeles has to offer. Not only is it close to all the popular areas, but the apartment complex itself is only a 5 minute walk away from USC campus. This is a very favorable perk that students appreciate because they need to walk to their early classes.
The elevators at City Park are fast, efficient and allow for students who live on the upper floors to easily walk to their units. They are also protected with a security key pad so that outsiders cannot trespass into the building.
There is a recreational room located in both buildings of City Park. The building located on 1246 side has a room that offers a plethora of gym equipment, a pool table and a large space to relax and convene. The 1247 building also has a variety of gym equipment, including treadmills, elliptical machines, and bench press. It also has a ping pong table that tenants can enjoy.
Both sides of City Park Apartments have spacious parking lots that are underground which keep them cool and safe. The parking garage door is operated by remote control which can be obtained by visiting the leasing office. Please call the leasing office for details if you would like to reserve your very own parking spot.
We have secure bike racks that are monitored by our security camera system. They are located inside of the parking lot to provide extra security.
City Park has a set of two coin-run washer and drying machines on every floor. There is never a wait to use the machines and they are always in great condition. Laundry room hours are from 9:00AM-9:00PM.
Please feel free to utilize the wide courtyard space. Many tenants can use this space for gatherings, study sessions and even a relaxing time in the sun.
