USC Apartments | City Park & Menlo

We offer two different types of housing designed primarily to fit student needs. City Park Apartments are two four story buildings each with 65 apartment units, while Menlo Apartments is a two story complex with 26 condo units. Both complexes offer students the luxury of being within walking or biking distance to USC.
